SHIPPING

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES

We aim to get your orders out as soon as possible, we want you to enjoy your new scents! But please note orders are processed on business days only (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • All orders are dispatched from NSW South Coast.
  • We are unable to deliver to P.O boxes.  

Once orders are processed and dispatched, please allow standard delivery times, 3-5 business days to receive your order. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of Australia Post, and we are unable to expedite delivery.

SHIPPING COSTS

  • Free standard shipping on orders over $100 AUD (subject to change)
  • $10 AUD standard shipping on orders under $100 AUD
  • All shipping fees are non-refundable.

DELIVERY RESPONSIBILITY

We strongly advise you make sure that your order is shipping to a secure location, as once a package has been delivered to the correct location, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. Orders are delivered to the address provided at checkout. 

  • Once an order has been processed, address changes may not be possible.
  • Huuze is not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party couriers. 
  • Huuze not liable for non-delivery or mis-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

Your personal details such as name, address, contact and email will be shared with Australia Post only, accurate contact information will ensure a streamlined delivery.  We do not share this information with any other company or service.  

You will be sent an email confirmation of your order which will act as an invoice and proof of purchase. Once the shipping process has been initiated we will send you the tracking number for your parcel. Check your junk folder if you can't find a tracking update or please contact us at info@huuze.com.au to follow up on tracking. 

RETURNS

We have a 14-day return policy for all of our 50ml bottles, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items can be returned for store credit (Huuze credit) only.

All 50ml bottles come with a complimentary 2ml sample of the same scent. Use this to test out the fragrance before committing, opening and unsealing the full bottle. If it doesn't feel right, return the 50ml bottle for a store credit (Huuze credit) to try another scent.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, sealed, unopened, unused and in its original packaging with no marks are defects, in resaleable condition. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your return is accepted and approved, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how to return your items for a store credit. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. 

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Unapproved/unaccepted items can be returned to the customer at their expense.

ITEMS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN

The following items are not eligible for return, refund, or credit unless deemed faulty:

  • 2ml discovery sets
  • 10ml discovery sets
  • 10ml fragrances
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days of delivery if you believe the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at info@huuze.com.au with;

  • Full Name
  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos or video of the fault

Once we assess, we will offer a replacement, refund or store credit where appropriate.
